Over the festive period I stumbled upon The No-Waste Meal Planner by Becky Thorn – in fact, I loved it so much that I picked up an extra copy to give away!
The blurb says that “With food prices rising faster than the national debt we need to get every scrap of value from the goods we buy. Good menu planning is a sure way of saving money, and this book takes menu planning to another level. It shows how, by linking your meals from one day to another, you can cook – and shop – economically but deliciously; and use up any leftover ingredients that might otherwise be scraped into the bin or left to gather mould in the fridge. I’m a big fan of meal planning, and it helps us to keep our grocery costs down. This book is packed full of ideas and I can strongly recommend it – I will be posting a review soon.
To be in with a chance, simply complete any (or all!) of the Rafflecopter entry options using the widget below. The competition is open now and will run until midnight on 21st January. The winner must live in the UK.

I look forward to reading your review, it upsets me how much I throw away – things I had forgotten about, or left at the back of the fridge. I’m making a conscious effort to be more mindful of our houses food waste in 2015.
