Aspire Global Casino Sites

In the highly competitive iGaming world, acting as a one-stop shop to provide clients and their players with everything that could possibly be needed is the best way to increase chances of success.

As a result, there are many developers and operators out there trying to do just that, one of which is Aspire Global.

Aspire Global make no secret of their intentions, and their confidence in being able to accomplish them, with their website proudly stating that they offer “The complete platform for iGaming operators”.

The use of the word “the” instead of “a” may seem like a small and subtle difference, but it makes for quite the statement, with Aspire immediately claiming themselves to be a step above the mass of competitors who claim to offer much the same.

The line between confident and boastful has always been a slender one, and in the online casino world, it comes down to the ability to back up a claim.

So, can Aspire Global make good on its ambitious statement?

The History of Aspire Global

Aspire Global has been part of the iGaming world for a long time now, having started life back in 2005. While this puts the company a decade behind the stalwarts of the industry such as Microgaming and NetEnt, it still makes Aspire one of the most long-standing names in an industry that is seemingly growing by the day.

The Aspire website states that the company’s aim upon creation was to “[provide] a truly comprehensive solution enabling online marketing companies to become successful iGaming operators.”

This is something the company has worked hard to accomplish, offering a range of services including complete management for casino and sportsbook clients, CRM, payment and risk control, call centres, and a great deal more.

The company operates under licenses from respected regulators in Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Malta, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.

The Platform

The Aspire Global platform is the centrepiece of the services the company provides, offering over 30 different global payment methods to offer choice to the customers of their clients.

The platform is also home to games from a smorgasbord of the biggest names in software development for the iGaming industry which includes Aristocrat, Bally, Barcrest, Blueprint, Cadillac Jack, Elk, Evolution, Microgaming, NextGen, NYX, Play’n Go, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, and Thunderkick.

This collection of well-respected and popular developers ensures a choice of the top titles in the industry for any casino that operates on the Aspire Global platform.

With these games, combines with the services provided, it is hard to argue that Aspire offer one of the most complete solutions for their clients.

In recent times, Aspire Global has enjoyed immense growth, as shown by the appointment of Ziv Shtaeinberg as Chief Technology Officer in January of 2019.

The newly created role saw Shtaeinberg take control of the company’s technology site, which is based in Kiev in the Ukraine.

Shtaeinberg had held the same role at SafeCharge, a London-listen payment processor, before making the move to Aspire to expand their management team. The move came in the wake of excellent financial results for Aspire.

The company posted record financial results for the third quarter of 2018, with revenue up to €28.6 million, a rise of 48% year on year.

The main source of the growth was within B2B operations, which saw revenue rise to €15.2 million, a staggering jump of 51% from the previous year.

Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global, said the growth was due to the company’s strategy, which focuses one expansion into new, regulated markets:

“During the third quarter, business proceeded with strong performance from many of our partners. Aspire Global developed strongly during the third quarter, as we have been doing consistently during the past year as a result of our growth strategy.

“We maintain our focus on regulated or soon-to-be regulated markets. We see great opportunities for a company with our profile to gain market shares in the changing landscape.

“Aspire Global has a broad European presence and the current exposure to the Swedish market is minor and the overall affect from the Swedish gaming duties will be marginal from our starting point.”

Maimon also spoke of an expected good start to 2019, with new brands expected to get on board with the company, a prediction that did not take long to come to fruition, with BetRegal migrating to the Aspire platform before the end of 2018.

This growth actually dates back to 2017, with the aspirational company purchasing a 40% stake in Mr Play, a casino and sportsbook that had only just joined the market.

The deal saw Aspire providing the CRM, customer support and a Maltese gaming license to the new site, and that has certainly paid off, with Mr Play quickly becoming one of the most popular new sites of 2017.

In the years since, Mr Play’s reach has only grown, showing that the purchase from Aspire Global was certainly a good one.

What’s Next?

It is apparent that Aspire Global has no intention of sitting back and enjoying the success they have already had, so we can expect the growth of the company to continue.

As more jurisdictions become regulated, Aspire are sure to be one of the first names to pop up, providing their platform and full white label solutions to casino and sportsbook clients.

While a 50% jump in revenue is unlikely to happen again, it certainly isn’t impossible, and it would be a surprise to not see the growth in the company continue in the years to come.

Aspire Global’s claims may be big, but they have more than proven their ability to back them up with the deals they have secured in recent years, something we expect to continue going forwards.
