My blog is a food and family blog therefore I am completely out of my comfort zone writing about ways to save you money. However I do like looking for bargains and deals while shopping for food! That is why I decided to share with you today the top bargains that I have found while looking through the main supermarkets online shops.
I will admit to loving online shopping, especially in the holidays. It is so much easier than taking the kiddies shopping! However sometimes I am put off by shopping with some of the supermarkets due to their delivery fees. I
shop with Ocado and have found that their Smart Pass scheme is a great way to pay for the deliveries up front at a reduced price. There are also other added benefits that Smart Pass customers receive such as discounts off
various branded products, Smart Pass only sales and money off vouchers. I have saved a lot of money being part of this scheme. Tesco offer a delivery saver scheme but without the added extras!
Here are the best buys that I have found this week…
*Tesco*
Cathedral Cheese – Half price until 11/08/15. Everybody in our house loves cheese, especially the children. I picked up a few packets of Cathedral Cheese that are in this offer!
Muller light yogurts – 6 for £3 until 11/08/15. I always keep an eye out for this offer. It often ends up better value than buying the multi-packs of yogurts.
Ariel laundry pods – Half price now £5 until 28/07/15. I stocked up with these the other day!
Magnum Ice Creams – 2 for £4 until 10/08/15 when each box is £3 that is a great offer!

Pimm’s Original – Was £18.48 now £10. Pimm’s is the perfect summer drink. With £8.48 off that is a good deal!
Adsa Shades 6 pack of kitchen roll – Was £6 now £3.87. I hope I am not the only one who thinks that kitchen rolls can be expensive. This is a great buy for 6 rolls.
Heinz Beanz – 3 tins for £2. When a tin usually cost 95p each, 3 for £2 is great value.
Clover spreads – 2 for £3. Each tub usually costs £2.30 so for just 70p more you can have two!

4 salmon fillets – Half price, was £12 now £6. I love fish but often find that it can be expensive. Therefore when I see it on offer I like to stock up my freezer!
Fill your freezer for £12 – This offer is great for quick and easy kids lunches during the summer holidays. For £12 you receive waffles, chicken dippers, fish fingers, chicken burgers and peas!
Picnic Mix and Match – 3 for £6. If you are planning a picnic during the school holidays this is a great way to get stocked up.
3 for 2 on skincare – Fingers crossed the sun will be back and it is important to protect the family’s skin. This is a great way to get everyone the cream that they need.

Mix and Match Fruit – 2 for £3. I always find that Morrisons have the best quality of fruit and vegetables in the supermarkets. This offer is an ideal way to get more fruit to go towards that all important 5 a day!
Large Wholemeal Bread Loaf – 2 for £1. This is a great price for bread. The price of bread has been rising over the last few years so to get two loaves for £1 is a bargain!
Petits Filous Yogurts – 2 for £2. My kids love these yogurts so I always keep an eye out for offers like this one.
Morrisons Butchers Style Sausages – 2 for £2. When each pack is sold for £1.79 this is a fantastic offer for the barbecue season.

Pampers Active Fit – 2 for £16. When the twins were in nappies I longed for the offers to be on nappies so we could get stocked up.
Walkers 12 Pack Variety Packs for £2 – This offer is ideal for the picnic season and while the children are off school.
Finish Quantum Shine and Protect Dishwasher Tablets 45 – Was £12 now £8. Whenever I have bought cheaper value dishwasher tablets I have found that they have not cleaned my pots and pans as good as the branded ones, therefore offers like this one are what I like!
1.5kg Tub of Vanish – This is usually priced at £10.50 but at the moment it is reduced to just £7. This is a must have for children’s clothes!
I am also going to tell you our must have treat that is such a good buy. We love the M&S Food Meal for £10. I know that the other supermarkets also do offers like this one but we find that the M&S Food one is of a much higher quality. The food is simply delicious. Main meal, a side dish, a dessert and a nice bottle of wine equals a lovely night in which is a fraction of the price of a restaurant!
These are just a few of the offers that are out there but if you hunt them out you really can save money!
